Assault Dreadnought Omega Cruise Missile Bed test

In 1963 the huge cargo plane was taken out of commission and refitted to be an AWACS, perhaps the most powerful in the world, and in 1965, another overhaul was done, making the huge target into both a AWACS and gunship. (Much like a C-130 Gunship, you can't tell from this render, the guns are on the port side) this allowed the beast to not only know the battlefield, but to be able to saturate it too. The ex-Star-Carrier served over Vietnam until 1972, where it was converted into a missile test bed (much like a B-52, launching the X-1 for example), but stayed in service until 1978, providing boom-boom and shoom-boom until it was scrapped in an unknown boneyard.
